Calvin Dang, DDS, MS
A Friendly Face in Periodontics

Originally from sunny Southern California, Dr. Calvin Dang pursued his passion for dentistry at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. He continued his advanced training at UCSF with a rigorous three-year residency in Periodontics, where he was honored to serve as Chief Resident. During this time, he also earned a Master of Science degree, with a research focus on dental implants.
Dr. Dang is passionate about the field of periodontics, particularly the ability to help patients preserve their natural teeth and witness the long-term success of carefully planned treatment. His clinical interests include implant dentistry, regenerative procedures, and the treatment of periodontal disease.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Dang leads a vibrant and active life. He’s an avid marathon runner and proud recipient of the Abbott World Marathon Majors 6 Star Medal. His hobbies include watching classic films, gardening, playing tennis, and exploring alternative music. A dedicated home chef, he enjoys cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as experimenting with Italian cuisine.
Dr. Dang combines a meticulous approach to patient care with a warm, personal touch, and is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of his practice.
